When is my account charged?
Your account is charged for payment value only when and for what the recipient successfully redeems. Applicable payout method fees are separate.
What happens if a link is never redeemed?
Unredeemed payment value is not charged. Link expiration and remaining balance settings should be configured to meet your program requirements.
Do I need an API integration?
No. Use the Client Dashboard for single and bulk payouts. You can also connect directly with the Payout Rewards API or generate recipient-choice links using the Redeem Link API.
Which payment methods can recipients choose?
Options can include Push-to-Card, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, ACH, mailed and digital checks, Virtual Visa Prepaid Cards, and digital gift cards. Availability depends on your program, recipient eligibility, and destination.
Are payout fees included in the $0 platform fee?
No. The platform fee is $0. Payment method fees are separate and are confirmed for your program before launch.
